Book excerpt: Clara was heading to the beach to teach a class on emergency rescue procedures. Two of her students, Tillie and Brilee, needed the credits in order to earn their EMT certificates. The class would be on performing the Fireman's Carry maneuver. Unfortunately, Clara was having difficulty finding any of the other students to volunteer to play the role of the victim. Her only option would be to invite her nephew, Noel, to join herself and the two girls on their trip to the beach and then perhaps persuade him to do the role playing once they arrived. Tillie and Brilee were hot, that was the good part.
