As a child you are going to like to eat what children in your peer group enjoy eating best. The statistics of childhood obesity are getting to be rather scary because they have tripled in the last 40 years! When we were young, there was rarely a youngster who was fat. That is because we ate just enough of food to fill our bellies, and never over ate because that would make us sleepy and lethargic, during our lunch hour play session. Also, at that time, our parents were interested in making sure that we had good nourishing food to eat at regular times. We never skipped a meal.
