It contains an exposition of the theoretical principles and a description of the material means for aerial navigation and astronomic orientation relative to the earth and in interplanetary space. Particular attention is paid to unified course systems, to height velocity central units, to Doppler velocity measuring instruments, different navigational automatic devices for path calculation and to astronomic orientation devices.
